Prevent
The program includes 1 (for 3 years) or 2 (for 5 years) maintenance intervention at the PV plant, a spare module available to allow the customer to promptly make up for any downtime.
The contract guarantees special discounts (three-year or five-year) which can be used for:
• The reparation of faulty power modules
• The purchase of reconditioned modules
• The purchase of new modules
Revamp
Provides protection against faults through a 5-year warranty (which includes reparation costs and intervention) and thanks to the availability of a spare module, left at the customer’s disposal in order to promptly make up for any downtime. This program involves the replacement of all power modules of the PV system with new ones.
